Pawn Tracker - Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting any personal information that may be entrusted to us by our users. The nature of the services performed require that we obtain certain information. We do not sell any personal information provided to us to any third party for marketing or any other purpose.
Further, access to user information by any employee is limited as much as possible and is strictly on a need-to-know basis for enforcement of the User License Agreement. We take security seriously, and in addition to the usual security precautions, our user database has been encrypted, so that in the unlikely event of a security breach, anyone obtaining the database would still be unable to access your information.

As part of the use of Pawn Tracker software, the user optionally may create transaction extract files and post those files to make them searchable by law enforcement. The user should review the privacy policy of each site to ensure their agreement with each one. We take no responsibility for safeguarding information submitted by the user to any third-party site, whether submitted by or separately from Pawn Tracker. We urge all users to exercise caution and good judgment in minimizing the amount of personal information included in their submissions to these sites.
